Parking Information

Do I need a car during my stay:  You do not need a car to stay at Mission Beach Breeze.  We are located right on the beach near Belmont Park.  We have many restaurants and attractions that are in walking distance.  That being said, if you plan on leaving the local community you might want to rent a car or bring your own.  You can rent a bicycle to access everything locally.  We are located right on the boardwalk and a bicycle can get you to most place.  Parking in Mission Beach can be very tough depending upon the time of year.

Do you have parking available:   The condo does have one reserved parking spot that is good for a small car.  If you are brave, you can squeeze a medium sized car into the garage.  There are three shared parking spots on the South side of the building for community use.  If you choose to use any of those spots, please put your name and phone number in the window in case someone needs to get out and you have blocked them.  Community parking spots are first come first serve.

Can I fit my SUV in the garage:  No.  The SUV will not fit in the garage.   The SUV will fit in the community parking spots.  If you would like to have a reserved parking spot for your SUV or for an additional parking spot please inquire.  There are some spots adjacent to the condo that can be reserved for an additional fee.
