The Six Condo Rules to follow:

1).  Children are allowed and recommended.

2).  This property is a NON-SMOKING unit.   Please do not smoke in the condo, on the porch, or in the common areas.

3).  Absolutely NO parties.  No kegs. 

4).  There is no loud music allowed.

5).  Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  Please note that there are many properties and neighbors in close proximity and that noise is easily heard when outside or doors/windows are open.

6).  All guests are required to follow the Mission Beach Mission Beach Good Neighbor Policy.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES MAY LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT A REFUND. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THESE POLICIES BEFORE RENTING THIS CONDO.
