La Jolla Tide Pools

If you are a nature lover, La Jolla Tide Pools at La Jolla Cove is a great place to visit. Located 6.6 miles away from the condo, near downtown La Jolla, you can get the opportunity to check out marine life. There are two times a day where it is low tide and a perfect opportunity to check it out. Discover the anemones, hermit crabs, mussels and barnacles in their natural habitat! Caution! There is algae on the rocks making them very slippery. Free parking is located along the streets. This happens to be a very popular tourist spot so getting parking might be a challenge. There are also some great shops and restaurants nearby.
